We ship our orders with the USPS and UPS Ground. If you prefer a different shipping method please contact us so that we can arrange that for you.
We ship using USPS to domestic addresses and international addresses. Customs slips will be completed with all international orders. Any duty by the country of destination is out of our control and the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Chaos Fiber Co. is not liable for what happens to the merchandise after it leaves the studio. If a package is lost in the mail, we will do our best to help locate it and/or seek insurance payment from the carrier so we can replace it.
PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING SERVICE (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) BEFORE CONTACTING US in the event that a package is lost.
Chaos Fiber Co. is not responsible for stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be given. If you have issues with stolen packages, please seek a safe address for shipment and delivery (Post Office Box, work address, etc.).
